If you’ve got a sweet tooth in St. Clair County, there’s a new spot to add to your weekend plans or after-dinner lineup. The Peach Cobbler Factory in Springville, Alabama, is dishing up all the flavorful goodness its name promises — and then some.
A Taste of Tradition
The Peach Cobbler Factory isn’t just about dessert, it’s about nostalgia. Founded back in 2013, the brand was born from family recipes that survived hurricanes, food trucks, and farmers’ markets before blossoming into a brick-and-mortar business. The very first official storefront opened in Louisville, Kentucky, though the concept was tested earlier in Nashville where the founders got their start.

Springville Joins the Mix
The Springville shop at 145 Springville Station Blvd brings this national dessert brand right into the heart of St. Clair County. Already popular with locations in Huntsville and Tuscaloosa, the franchise has now planted roots in St. Clair County — giving us a chance to get our cobbler fix right here in our own backyard. Even better, the hours are perfect for any sugar craving: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM; and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. You read that right… they’re open seven days a week!

What’s on the Menu?
Sure, there’s the classic peach cobbler (it’s in the name, after all), but the menu goes way beyond that with:
- Over a dozen cobbler flavors (caramel apple, blackberry, sweet potato pecan, and more)
- Banana puddings that taste like grandma whipped them up in her kitchen
- Cinnamon rolls stuffed with cobbler filling (yes, you read that right!)
- Plus cobbler shakes, pudd-n shakes, cookies, brownies, churro stix and a variety of beverages
On our visit, we scored a free peach cobbler with the purchase of a banana pudding — thanks to our friends at the Springville Petsense for the promotional coupon! And let us tell you, The Peach Cobbler Factory is truly a dessert lover’s playground, offering what feels like an endless menu of sweet combinations to explore.
Alabama Love for Cobbler
Springville isn’t the only Alabama town getting in on the action. You can also find Peach Cobbler Factory locations in Huntsville and Tuscaloosa, with more likely to follow as the brand expands across the South.
Other Alabama locations include Daphne, Foley, Trussville and Madison.

Why It Matters for St. Clair County
For our community, the Peach Cobbler Factory is more than just another dessert stop. It’s part of a bigger story — national brands choosing to plant roots in smaller towns like Springville signal growth and opportunity. That means more local jobs, more foot traffic in our shopping centers, and, of course, more happy taste buds.

County Banter Takeaway:
