Phaith Frazier brings decades of experience behind the mic, a sharp ear for storytelling, and a deep commitment to community. With roots in both local and syndicated radio, along with professional sports marketing experience and a passion for purposeful dialogue, Phaith leads every episode with authenticity, curiosity, and a focus on the conversations that truly move the needle in Central Alabama’s economy and communities.

A longtime resident of Pell City, Alabama, Phaith was a member of the girls basketball team that won a 5A State Championship. After high school, she attended the University of Montevallo, where she majored in Communications and Art.

Following college, Phaith built a dynamic career in radio, working as a producer, on-air personality, and mix DJ. Her talents have taken her around the world as both an actress and international DJ, including time as a cruise ship DJ touring Canada and Alaska. She has also lived abroad in South Korea, where she worked as a teacher—further expanding her global perspective and cultural insight.

Her commitment to community extends beyond the microphone. Phaith serves as a referee with the Alabama High School Athletic Association and is actively involved through her nonprofit, Change Before The Game, where she continues to invest in youth development and community empowerment.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Pell City Chamber of Commerce, continuing her commitment to local leadership and impact.
